cPatients new to the Wegovy® or Ozempic® self-pay offer through Novocare® Pharmacy pay $199 for each month of 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg. Offer only available for 2 monthly fills between 11/17/25-3/31/26. For each fill after, patients pay $349/month for Wegovy® all doses, Ozempic® 0.25 mg/0.5 mg or 1 mg, and $499/month for Ozempic® 2 mg. 28-day supply equivalent to 1 month of treatment. Novo Nordisk reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time. For eligible patients only. Government insured patients are ineligible for Ozempic® through NovoCare® Pharmacy. Your doctor can send electronic prescriptions to NovoCare® Pharmacy from their EHR/EMR prescribing system.

You will receive a text message or phone call with instructions from NovoCare® Pharmacy. After setting up your account and paying, you can schedule your delivery.
Get your medicine delivered
NovoCare® Pharmacy will ship your medicine to your home. Shipping is free.
Prefer to pick up at your local pharmacy? You'll also have the option to transfer your prescription there.

You will get reminders when it’s time for a refill.

The program can be used for patients paying out-of-pocket at any point in their treatment journey. Your doctor can submit an electronic prescription whether you’re just beginning your medicine or already taking it.
After your doctor submits the prescription, you'll create your account. Usually, you can schedule your delivery right after you process payment.
You can have your pharmacy transfer your prescription to NovoCare® Pharmacy by having them call 1‑833‑949‑5527, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑8:00 pm ET.
Yes, NovoCare® Pharmacy provides a 90-day supply option for prescriptions. If your doctor prescribes a 90-day fill and you let us know you'd prefer that option, we will send you a 90-day supply of pens.
When your doctor submits your prescription, please make sure they include your primary email address and mobile phone number. We will need that contact information to send you communications.
There is no cost for shipping and delivering your medicine.
Yes, we accept payment from FSA/HSA accounts.
We work with licensed third-party service providers to assist with patient registration, communications, fulfillment, and delivery.
AssistRx: A patient solutions provider responsible for NovoCare®’s access and reimbursement live support program. They manage patient intake and outreach, and offer live support. AssistRx ensures that NovoCare® Pharmacy is the best option for patients.
CoAssist Pharmacy: Direct-to-patient, technology-driven dispensing pharmacy platform that manages NovoCare® Pharmacy's prescription intake as well as triages to other dispensing pharmacies.
CenterWell® Pharmacy: NovoCare® Pharmacy's other dispensing pharmacy responsible for patient accounts, prescription fulfillment, refills, tracking, and shipments.
